After the conversation
Keep the interview details
you would otherwise forget
After you finish an Elocira interview, open its Conversation view to revisit the speaker-labeled transcript, suggestions, and screenshots in one timeline. You can copy the transcript for your own notes or remove a screenshot you no longer want. Check the exchange before you rely on an AI suggestion or review.

A short timeline walkthrough
The dedicated conversation-history recording is not available yet. This labeled product view shows the steps to follow; the screenshots and suggestions below are examples, not a live Elocira interface.

How to revisit an interview transcript
Open the finished interview
From your device workspace, select the interview you finished. The completed view opens on Review when feedback is available; the transcript and other captured items are in the Conversation tab.
Choose Conversation
The timeline places transcript lines, saved suggestions, and screenshots in time order. Transcript entries identify the speakers as “Interviewer” and “You.” A suggestion appears near the transcript line it followed when the timing allows that relationship to be shown.
Check the exchange around a suggestion
Read the question and your answer before deciding whether a suggestion is useful. Suggestions are guidance, not a record of what you said. Transcription can miss words or label a speaker incorrectly, so compare the timeline with what you remember.
Open a screenshot when visual context matters
Select a screenshot in the timeline to view it larger. Screenshots are separate timeline entries with their capture time. Remove one you no longer need using its screenshot actions.
Copy the transcript for your notes
Choose Copy transcript at the top of Conversation history. This copies transcript text to your clipboard so you can save your own notes. Suggestions and screenshot images are not included in that transcript copy.
What the timeline contains
Three kinds of interview detail
The conversation view brings together the captured transcript, suggestions generated during the interview, and screenshots you chose to take. The timeline helps you find nearby context; it does not make the transcript or AI output a definitive record.
What you control
Copy or remove content
You can copy the transcript, delete an individual screenshot, clear the conversation from view, or remove the interview from your interview list. Read each confirmation carefully so you know which action you are choosing.
Content controls
Clear conversation and remove interview do different things
Clear conversation clears the interview’s transcript and suggestions from view. Remove interview removes the interview from your interview list. A screenshot can also be deleted individually. The Privacy Policy describes retention in general terms: deleted data may remain temporarily in backups or where retention is legally required. It does not promise a fixed deletion timeline.
Read the current Privacy Policy for data-handling details. See how to use the post-interview review or learn when screenshot context can help during an interview.
Common questions
Using interview history
Can I copy the suggestions with my transcript?
Copy transcript copies transcript text. Suggestions appear in the Conversation timeline, but they are not included in the copied transcript.
Can I correct a transcript line after the interview?
The finished Conversation view displays the saved transcript and provides a copy action. If you need to preserve a correction, copy the transcript and edit your own notes; the finished timeline does not offer transcript-line editing.
Does removing an interview immediately erase every copy?
The Privacy Policy says deleted data may remain temporarily in backups or where retention is legally required. It does not state a fixed timeline for removing every copy.
Are screenshots included when I copy the transcript?
No. Screenshots appear as separate, timestamped entries in the conversation timeline. Copy transcript copies text only.
