After the conversation
Turn a completed interview into
a plan for the next round
Finish your Elocira interview to generate an AI review from the captured transcript. You get an overall coaching estimate, four focused scores, strengths, improvements and question-level feedback. Use the next-round priorities to choose what to practice. These estimates describe captured responses; they do not predict an employer’s decision.
Watch the complete journey
From live conversation to the finished report
This product walkthrough follows preparation, live guidance and finishing an interview, then opens the report. Watch the final part to see where the review fits into the workflow.
Read the walkthrough summary
The candidate prepares an interview, installs and connects Desktop, and starts a consented conversation. Elocira provides live guidance as the interview progresses. Once the conversation is over, the candidate finishes the interview and opens the report to review the captured performance.

Find the feedback you can act on
You will finish a session, read the performance snapshot, inspect feedback on an individual question and turn one improvement into a practice task. The review is available in the browser console, including its mobile layout. To capture the interview first, use Elocira Desktop on Windows or Linux or a supported computer browser setup.

How to get your AI interview review
Make sure the conversation is over
If you are only taking a break, choose Pause. Finish interview completes the session, and you cannot resume that interview afterward. Check that the questions and your responses were captured before you finish; feedback depends on the conversation available to review.
Choose Finish interview and confirm
Open the capture control menu or Interview actions and choose Finish interview. The confirmation explains that your transcript and screenshots will be saved and the interview cannot be resumed. Confirm when you are ready to move to review.
Open the Review tab
After finishing, the live console changes to the completed interview view with Review and Conversation tabs. The Review tab displays the generated report. If a review is not available, use Generate review on the completed interview page. A generation failure does not mean you should start another capture just to get feedback.
Read the summary and one useful improvement
Start with Your interview at a glance, then compare What went well with Opportunities to improve. Look for a specific behavior you can repeat or change, such as explaining your own contribution before describing the team’s result.
Inspect a question in detail
Open a question under Question-by-question feedback to read its assessment, missing points and better points. Switch to Conversation to compare that advice with the actual exchange. A missing detail in the transcript is not proof that you never said it.
Choose a next-round practice task
Use the next-round focus to select a small number of priorities. Rewrite an answer outline using true examples, practice it aloud and check whether it addresses the original question. Keep the useful parts of your answer as you improve its weaker parts.
Performance snapshot
Read the scores as coaching estimates
Elocira assigns scores from 1 to 10. The overall estimate is a holistic assessment, so it is not necessarily the arithmetic average of the four categories. Read the written feedback alongside each number.
| Category | A useful question to ask when reviewing |
|---|---|
| Communication | Was the explanation clear enough to follow from the captured words? |
| Relevance | Did the response address what the interviewer asked? |
| Structure | Was the sequence of context, action and result easy to follow? |
| Depth | Did the response include enough reasoning and specific evidence? |
These questions help you interpret the categories; they are not a published employer scoring rubric. A high score does not promise an offer, and a low score does not tell you how the interviewer evaluated you.
A fictional practice example
Turn “add more evidence” into a better answer
Maya Chen is interviewing for a product role at fictional Northstar Labs. Asked about a decision she changed after new evidence, she describes redesigning onboarding but rushes past the research and outcome. If the review identifies those missing details, her next step is to make her reasoning explicit.
Check the original exchange
Did Maya explain what she initially believed, which research challenged it and what she personally decided? She checks the Conversation tab before accepting the feedback.
Practice a truthful outline
Initial assumption → customer evidence → changed decision → experiment → result. In this fictional example, Maya can include the 18% reduction in abandonment from her prepared story.
This is an illustrative coaching exercise, not a generated Elocira report. Use only outcomes you can support from your own work. The aim is a clearer explanation, not an invented achievement or a memorized script.
What Elocira uses
The captured transcript
The review generator receives transcript text with interviewer and candidate speaker labels. It does not directly receive your CV, job description, saved suggestions or screenshot images. Those materials may help you prepare and get live guidance, but the review assesses the responses captured in the conversation.
What you control
What you take forward
You decide when to finish, can switch between Review and Conversation, expand individual question feedback and choose which advice to practice. If generation fails, the completed interview can offer Generate review so you can try again.
Know the limits of the evidence
A partial transcript produces a partial picture
Missing audio, incorrect speaker labels or transcription errors can change the assessment. Very long transcripts may be shortened for review. The report selects useful questions for coaching rather than promising a complete assessment of every exchange.
The review uses text, so it cannot directly assess facial expressions, eye contact or vocal delivery. It also cannot know the employer’s private criteria or how other candidates performed. Compare its advice with what you remember and the captured conversation before making a practice plan.

Common questions
Understanding your interview feedback
Can I resume after choosing Finish interview?
No. Finish interview completes that session. Use Pause for a temporary break, and read the confirmation before finishing.
What if the review does not generate?
Open the completed interview’s Review tab. If the report is unavailable, the page offers Generate review. Try again there; finishing and successfully generating a report are separate outcomes.
Does the overall score predict whether I passed?
No. It is an AI coaching estimate based on the captured transcript, not the employer’s evaluation or a hiring prediction. Use the specific feedback to guide practice.
Why is a question missing from the report?
The review focuses on a selection of important questions with useful coaching feedback. An unclear or incomplete transcript can also prevent a question from being identified. Use Conversation to revisit the original exchange.
Can I read the review on my phone?
Yes. Open the same completed interview in your phone’s browser. The review layout adapts to the screen, and you can switch to Conversation to check the transcript.
